Big Sisters
Each new member is greeted by a Big Sister, bearing info about the community (children's gyms, playground locations, etc.). Additionally, this Big Sister will "buddy" with the new member for the first couple of months of membership, encouraging her to attend some of the weekly activities together, host a playdate, etc. We all can feel intimidated as new members, and we hope this helps new members out. |
